Sheeting & Scoring Unit

The Model 600 Sheeting & Scoring Line is a continuous dough sheet forming production line. The total length of the complete line is 11.9 meters, with a conveyor belt width of 600 mm. It covers the full continuous process: dough feeding, rolling and thinning, folding and laminating, edge trimming, slitting, picking and collecting. This line is suitable for continuous sheeting and laminating forming of bread, puff pastry and various fermented doughs. It replaces manual rolling with an automated production line to achieve uniform dough sheet thickness, stable layers and predictable production capacity.
